Frequently Asked Questions
Subscriptions confirmed by the end of the current month will be guaranteed the following month's bottle. For example, If you sign up November 23rd, your first bottle will be December's color. If you sign up after November 30th, your first bottle will be January's color
Can I Cancel? Yes—you may cancel your Color of the Month Box anytime with no penalty or fee. To avoid being charged for the next month's bottle, simply cancel your subscription by the charge date (20th) of each month. We will only charge your card for one bottle at a time.
When will you charge my card? You will be charged for one bottle at a time, the day you sign up, and then on the 20th day of each month, until you cancel your subscription.
I'm not loving the Color of the Month I received, can I return it? Absolutely, though you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we have received the bottle, we will refund your card the charged amount. Bottles must be returned with their original packaging and be unused.
When will I receive my Color of the Month bottle? We aim to ship bottles for COTM Club Members before the public announcement, with the hopes that you receive yours within a few days of the release. Actual delivery time will vary and could take up to 7-10 days, depending on your location.
